Pros & Cons
What we like
- 48MP variable-aperture main camera (f/1.5–4.0) plus 48MP 4x periscope and 48MP ultrawide
- Up to 45 hours video playback (eSIM model) — top-class battery life
- Apple A20 Pro (2 nm) with 12GB RAM
- Bright 6.9-inch 120Hz LTPO OLED, 3,000 nits peak
- Up to 2TB storage, Wi-Fi 7 and 10Gb/s USB-C
What we don’t
- Expensive — ₱99,990 for 256GB, ₱194,990 for 2TB in the Philippines
- Heavy at 249 g
- Slower charging than many Android flagships (50% in 15 min, 25W wireless)
- No microSD slot
The Pipino Verdict
The iPhone 18 Pro Max is for buyers who want Apple's biggest screen, longest battery life and the new variable-aperture camera. It's a careful upgrade rather than a redesign, and it's heavy and expensive — the 256GB model already costs ₱99,990 in the Philippines.
