Pros & Cons

What we like

Low PHP 24,999 price for a 14-inch laptop with 512GB SSD
16:10 display gives more vertical space
55Wh battery with 65W fast charging
Good port selection including HDMI, USB-A and a 3.5mm jack
Light at 1.18 kg with a metal lid

What we don’t

250-nit display is dim for bright rooms
AMD Ryzen 5 5500U is an older chip
Only 8GB RAM in the PH model
HDMI 1.4 and one data-only USB-C port
Basic HD webcam and 2W speakers

The Pipino Verdict

The Infinix XBook B14 is a budget 14-inch laptop for students and light office work. It trades display brightness and chip age for a low price, a light body and plenty of ports. Verdict based on specs and published data, not our own hands-on testing. Sources disagree on the PH CPU (one headline says Ryzen 7), so we list the spec sheet value.
