The Social Security System plans to bring the digital MySSS Card and selected member information to the eGovPH app, giving members another way to view some SSS records alongside other government services. SSS announced the plan on Nov. 4.

The integration is still upcoming. SSS has not announced a launch date or a complete guide to linking accounts.

What SSS plans to add to eGovPH

SSS says the planned integration will make the front-facing identification feature of the MySSS Card available in eGovPH. Members will also be able to view selected information, including membership type, contribution history, the total number of contributions and details of their latest employer.

The agency and the Department of Information and Communications Technology signed a data-sharing agreement on Oct. 21 to support the integration. Signing the agreement does not mean the features are already available to everyone.

The announcement does not establish that every SSS transaction will move to eGovPH. It also does not specify how the digital card will be accepted in every situation.

How to check contributions now

Members do not need to wait for the eGovPH integration to check their records. SSS says its existing MySSS mobile app already lets users view membership details and monthly contributions.

Use the official SSS website to find its mobile app information and sign in with your own account. Avoid sharing passwords or one-time codes with anyone offering to check your records for you.

If information is missing or incorrect, use SSS’s official support channels to ask about your account. The announcement does not explain a separate correction process for the future integration.

What remains unclear

SSS has not specified a general release date, required eGovPH version or the exact steps members will follow to connect their information. It has also not detailed which identity checks will be required.

Check SSS and eGovPH announcements before relying on instructions circulating online. A feature shown in a future app update may not appear on every account at the same time. For another Philippine verification process, see our explainer on NTC SIM verification.

Frequently asked questions

Is the MySSS Card already available in eGovPH?

SSS describes the integration as upcoming. Its announcement does not confirm a general rollout date.

Will eGovPH replace the MySSS app?

SSS presents eGovPH as an additional way to access selected information. The agency says members can already check records through the MySSS mobile app.

Can I check contributions without eGovPH?

Yes. SSS lists monthly contribution viewing among the functions of its existing MySSS app, subject to account access.

Why it matters

Having selected SSS information alongside other government services could reduce the number of separate apps members need to open. For now, the existing MySSS app remains the confirmed route for checking monthly contributions while members wait for a rollout announcement.
